How Long Are The Workouts?
The workouts are around 30 minutes. We understand that you are busy and have a lot going on. You can even do a Home Survival Hub Workout that you will have FREE access to.
I Haven't Trained In A While, Will It Be Too Difficult?
Not at all! There is a regression to all of our moves and our trainers will be happy to spend some time to make sure that you are lifting safe. Finding something difficult? Have an injury maybe? Simply let us know and we can tailor the moves to you.
Will I Lose Weight?
Follow our plan with our tailored calorie controlled diet and you will lose weight. Be conscious about your intake, eat a healthy balanced diet, train with us and there is no doubt that you will lose weight and feel amazing for it. Drop a dress size here we come!
When Will I Start To See A Difference?
You will start to lose weight after the first week! They say that others around you notice first before you do.
Can I Eat Any Food I Want?
Yes within reason! As long as we stay within your calorie controlled allowance, its fine. Speak to your dedicated AK Mentor.
Do I Have To Eat & Train At A Certain Time?
Not At All! This is NOT A Bodybuilders Diet. Eat At times That Suit You & Your Lifestyle. Come To Any Classes You Can Make!

You can progress onto three different graduate courses depending on how much support you need. No matter what, we are here for you.
